Each of us has had a unique journey that built our knowledge and expertise. We grew up in consulting and industry and come from the U.S. and beyond. 

Eventually, most of our paths converged at the boutique data consulting firm, Caserta. The group specialized in enterprise data transformations for Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations. Caserta was acquired in 2022 by McKinsey & Company. 

Since forming The Data Consortium, we have welcomed members who were not part of Caserta or McKinsey. Those individuals joined after at least two members vouched for the person after working with them meaningfully. This way, we expand our expert network while preserving our culture of respected expertise and collaborative engagement.
